1. ELIGIBILITY
No purchase necessary. If you are 18 years or older and are a legal resident of any of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, or any other country where sweepstakes are not prohibited by law and have access to a PC with Internet access, you are eligible to compete for prizes. If you are an employee or an immediate family member of an employee of Oberon Media or any of its channel partners (defined here as parents, siblings, spouse, or household members), their subsidiaries and affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, or you are in some way working on this program or providing in connection with this Sweepstakes, you are not eligible to enter. The Sweepstakes is void where taxed, restricted or prohibited by law.

The promotion begins on December 10th at 12:00 p.m. (EST) and ends on February 1st, 2005, at 12:00 p.m. (EST) (the "Entry Period"). Oberon Media and its channel partners reserve the right to extend the entry period at any time and for any reason.

2. HOW TO ENTER
To be entered into the Sweepstakes fill out the entry form. Entrants will be asked to answer two to four questions related to the BeTrapped free trial version; however, correct answers are not a requirement to enter. 

The winner will be notified via the email that you entered on the entry form.  Limit 1 entry per person.

Oberon Media is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or illegible entries, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, technical or electronic. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions will be accepted. All entries become the property of Oberon Media and will not be returned.

3. PRIZE PERIODS AND PRIZES
Approximately 7 days following the last day of the Entry Period, the winners will be chosen at random from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period to win the following prize:

*Trip includes RT airfare for two (2) from the metropolitan airport nearest the winner’s home London, England, 2 nights’ standard hotel accommodations (double-occupancy),and vouchers or funds for admission to the Sherlock Holmes Museum.  No cancellation of reservation or transfer of reservation to another date after reservation has been made. Travel subject to availability and must be completed by January 4, 2006 or prize will be forfeited. Some restrictions and blackout dates may apply. Travel prize winner (parent/legal guardian if companion has not reached the age of majority in their state) will be required to execute an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release. Travel companion (parent/legal guardian if companion has not reached the age of majority in their state) must sign & return a release of liability, and where legal, a publicity release before any travel prize is delivered. If travel companion has not reached the age of majority in their state or province, the winner must be his/her parent or legal guardian. 

If a winner cannot accept a prize in its entirety, then the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Any and all guarantees and warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and conditions, and winners agree to look solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty or guarantee claim.

Winner will be notified by e-mail within fourteen (14) days of the drawing. Odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received. No substitution, transfer, or assignment of prizes permitted, except that Oberon Media reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the prize is unavailable.  Taxes on the prizes are solely the responsibility of the winners.

 

4. GENERAL CONDITIONS
Entrants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Oberon Media, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the United States. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All prize claims are subject to verification. Non-compliance or, if a selected potential winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim a prize, or fails to return the completed and executed Affidavits and Releases, as required, or if the prize notification or prize is returned as undeliverable, an alternate winner will be selected. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Oberon Media to use winner's name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, unless otherwise prohibited by law. By entering, participants release and hold harmless Oberon Media, their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all liability or any injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with this Sweepstakes or any prize won.

5. INTERNET
If for any reason the Internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of Oberon Media which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Oberon Media reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. All prizes will then be awarded, in a random drawing from all entries received prior to such a suspension. Oberon Media assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Oberon Media is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on line systems, servers, or providers, computer equipment, software, failure or any e-mail or entry to be received by Oberon Media on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Sweepstakes. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE GAME IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH SWEEPSTAKES ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. In the event of a dispute, entries made by Internet will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address.
